Main Street, as an extension of Indiana Main Street, has as its purpose the revitalization and restoration of downtown Waterloo. Main Street helps organize stakeholders, has a grant program to help owners renovate historic structures, helps market these facilities and enhances economic vitality.
Waterloo Main Street also oversees an active Waterloo Events Committee. Waterloo Main Street is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and is funded by donations and fundraising efforts. All proceeds are re-invested into events and beautification projects.
Renee grew up in Waterloo and has always has a strong desire for community. Growing up her Grandfather was an elementary school teacher and involved in many boards in the community. She learned at an early age to take pride in her community. In 2019 she was elected to be Clerk Treasurer for the Town and became even more involved. In

In 2023 she became President of Waterloo Main Street. In her time on Main Street she has been proud to be involved in events, the downtown art exhibit, and economic development. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family, traveling the county, and volunteering for her community.
Ariel grew up in Waterloo and spent a majority of her childhood volunteering for the Waterloo Grant Township Public Library. After college she spent time in Denver, Colorado, and Nashville, Tennessee. During that time she devoted her carrier to assisting in organizing music events and festivals, most recently the Country Music Awards.

Since moving back to Waterloo she has been involved in the community through Waterloo main Street and a book club. During her free time she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her dogs and family.

Since moving to Waterloo she has been involved in many boards and associations such as Waterloo Lion's Club, Waterloo BZA, Friend's of the Depot and more. She is always willing to volunteer to the community to make the quality of place better. She is currently the chair of Design for Waterloo Main Street and leads the committee in charge of the downtown art exhibits and making Downtown Waterloo historical and aesthetically pleasing.
Cris is a local business owner and takes great pride in Waterloo. He serves on the Waterloo Plan Commission. He is active in volunteering for events and fundraising. He is the chair of Economic Vitality for Waterloo Main Street. That committee oversees the grants that are distributed and develops ways to promote economic growth in Waterloo.
James am proud to call Waterloo home. Since joining Main Street in 2024, he has been actively involved in assisting with events and promoting the growth of Main Street. He believes in volunteering, donating, and giving back to the community and those in need.

Pam has worked for the Town of Waterloo since 2017, in December 2019 she became the Town manager. She takes pride in working for Waterloo and devoting her time for economic growth in Waterloo. She sits on many boards to help achieve that goal such as DeKalb Economic Development, DeKalb County Visitor's Bureau, and many more. She is the

She is the Town of Waterloo representative for Waterloo Main Street and helps assist in planning events, executing grants, and ensures that the Town of Waterloo and Main Street have a good working relationship. During her free time she spends time with her family. She takes great pride in her children and ensures that their events are a priority, while still maintains her devotions to Waterloo.
Trina is the Waterloo Redevelopment Commission Liasson. Trina is a teacher for DeKalb Central Schools and is involved in many organizations including the Lion's Club.
Josh is the Waterloo Town Council President. He took office in 2020, but prior to that was President of Waterloo Redevelopment Commission. He has taken pride in Waterloo and ensures that the council and affiliated boards are doing their due diligence to provide the best quality of life and services to the Town.
